Payment Policy

We will bill you, the Subscriber, for service in advance, i.e., the invoice you receive at the end of the August will due on the first of September for September's service.

If you wish to pay by Credit Card, your monthly account fees will be automatically deducted on first day of each service month.

If you wish to pay by cash, check or money order, payment is due 10 days before the beginning of the next service month.

If we do not receive your payment within fifteen (15) days of notification of your past due status, then we will either suspend or terminate your account without further notice.

To re-activate a suspended account, you must pay all past due amounts and a twenty-five dollar ($25) re-activation fee.

Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee and the account goes into default status. If payment is returned as being unpaid, a $20 fee will be assessed and the account goes into default status.

Accounts in default may have their service interrupted. Such interruption does not relieve the Subscriber from the obligation to pay their monthly charges. You agree to reimburse us for reasonable expenses, including legal and collection agency fees incurred in enforcing our rights under this Agreement. BTEKNET.NET reserves the right to deny re-activation of suspended accounts.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to post or transmit any data in violation of any applicable US Federal or State law.

It is the responsibility of the Subscriber and/ or the Subscriber organization to respect the legal protection provided by copyright and license to programs, data, and other information that may be accessible from using this service.

You may not use this service to:

• transmit threatening, obscene or harassing materials
• interfere with or disrupt network users, services or equipment, including distributing unsolicited advertising, propagating computer worms or viruses
• use the network to make unauthorized entry to other computational, information, or communications devices or resources
• make unauthorized entry into other computational, information storage, or communications devices or resources which propagate computer worms, viruses or transmissions of any type which cause disruption to disable or otherwise impede the recipient's facilities or equipment
• distribute unsolicited advertising/bulk email/spam or to cause disruption of our service or any other entities service due to facilities overload (flaming, bulk e-mail/spam, web server disruption, etc.).

We reserve the right to remove any material from the server at any time.

2. Liability (Responsibility For Client Data And Web Page Content)

Unless otherwise established by contract, the Subscriber is responsible for maintaining backups of any data stored on the Providers owned equipment. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages resulting from loss of customer data or interruption of service.

The use of this account will be completely at your own risk. All services are provided “as is” and the Provider makes no Warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, BTEKNET.NET, and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to or arising from, your use of the account, or use by anyone who uses the account or any violation of this Agreement.

4. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time and for any reason to be effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle ,and only by email notification to the Provider, who will provide a Cancellation Number for your confirmation of termination. Action will be completed only after you have sent a confirming reply with the Cancellation Number by email to BTEKNET.NET. Subscriber accepts complete responsibility for confirmation of cancellation.

Your account may be cancelled in writing (via email) or without notice if the customer misuses or abuses the Service. The Provider will determine what constitutes misuse or abuse.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Subscriber’s account without prior notice for any reason and the Subscriber consents to the suspension and termination of the account for any reason.

By continuing to use the Web Hosting Services of BTEKNET.NET, you accept all Terms and Conditions of this agreement and it is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
